Dear Bloomers,

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts to let you know that our beloved dear friend and South West in Bloom's Financial and Presentation Manager, Judge and all round 'Big Blooming Champion', Terry Porter has passed peacefully away, following a short courageous battle with cancer.

Our heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences we send to Terry’s wife Jan, his son Nick and all of Terry's dear family and friends at this saddest of times.

Terry's funeral will be held on Tuesday 21st July at 2.00pm at St Mary's Church, Church Lane, Hutton, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9SN.

Following the service, all are warmly invited to come together at Hutton Village Hall to remember and celebrate Terry's life.

Terry's contribution and support to South West in Bloom was blooming tremedous and we will forever be so very grateful for all his involvement, generosity and dedication for so many years in making our South West region blooming wonderful!

Terry will no doubt be ‘Blooming Bright’ in the Garden of Stars above. Terry will be so very much missed and always fondly remembered by all involved with South West in Bloom.
