South West in Bloom sponosor, The CPRE, Campaign to Protect Rural England, are celebrating their centenary in 2026 and so to celebrate this milestone achievement, we have chosen this year for our theme for our Children's Painting Competition to be: Our Beautiful Countryside.

The entry age groups are as follows:

• Up to 6 years old,
• 7 – 11 years old,
• 12 – 16 years old

Paintings should be a maximum of A3 in size. On the back of each painting, please list child's name, age, name of school/club and name of city, town or village / Bloom Group they are representing.

Only one entry per age group can be submitted, and they should be the winners of your local competition.

Please note artworks submitted are non-returnable unless requested and an SAE provided!

All entries to be sent to: SWIB Coordinator, 6 Main Road, Hutton, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9QG and by the closing date of Friday 24th July 2026.
